Easy & Healthy Macaroni Soup (Chinese style)

Serves 2 ~ 3

Ingredients:
Carrot
Potato
White Onion (half, Slices)
Dried scallops (1 small handful)
Dried Ikan bilis (1 handful)
Minced chicken (or pork or chicken cubes)
Water
Macaroni
Spring onion (Garnish)
Sesame Oil + Light Soy Sauce (Marinate meat)

Note: Ingredients without measurement, Just out in as many as you desire! (:

Directions:

1: Marinate the meat, add in sesame oil and light soy sauce ( About 1 Table spoonful each per 100g minced meat ) and put aside.

2: Bring water to boil, put Ikan bilis and scallops (both washed!). Turn heat LOW. for about 10 min.

3: Add carrots and boil in LOW for about 10~15 min. Than add Potato and Onion.

4: Still, at LOW, Boiling, add in Minced meat! (make meat into small balls with hand and throw it in!)

5: Pour in macaroni (The amount of time needed to cook it is shown on the packaging). Remember to stir frequently if not using non-stick. (I like to make sure the carrots are somewhat soft before i pour it in)

6: After it's cooked, Serve on bowl and sprinkle spring onions on!

7: EAT! (:
