Have been using the App & Website. The link that I have introduced in my previous post. This is my 2nd week. First week is terrible !! I wanted to see how my weekend was, but damn, it's worst than I thought. 1 weekend and my weight goes back. Lost about 0.8kg which feels super unreal ! But hey, I weigh 3 times to confirm it ! And that was about 4 days on that programme only! I log my water intake as well. Aiming to drink about 10 cups (According to the app, 1 cup = 240ml), but some days more, some days less. FYI, 240ml is not a lot.Well, 1 weekend and my 0.8 returns to me. Oh gosh. Am going to watch my 2nd week closely!
I've tried to jog yesterday. It's hard for me after quitting on smoking. Really gets me out of breath, literally. I still grab a stick or 2 when I'm out drinking with friends. But other than that, I really drop the cravings! I did it myself, for my loved ones. Am proud of myself.
I jogged a short distance, walked (Fast speed) a long distance, Jogged another short distance and so on. It worked wonderfully! Well, atleast that's what I feel. Not much "dying" sensation. But well, tired and sweat it man!
But I'm still craving for smelly tofu! Boohoo. High in calorie. it's fried~ Oh well, secret weekend makan! GOTTA HAVE IT! haha.
Mommy is coming back!
Mommy is coming back from cruise! I hope she's feeling better. And finally I don't have to worry about food for dad & sis and the laundry etc. Can't do without her.
