I'm still walking. Fast. Avg of 5.5 km/h (According to my pedometer App on iphone).
Direction on the packaging says, 2 tablets 2 times daily after meals. I'm only planning to take it after lunch and after dinner. As I'm taking multi vitamins (Centrum A to Zinc) and I don't want any after effects.
I'm still using Calorie Count. And seriously, trying my very best to keep myself within range! I over shot my 1500 calories/day yesterday. BY 77! lol. Will work hard to stay below it today! so far so good. 400+ now. Will be adding in jumping jacks today before my walks. Hope to burn a little more calories.
Slow metabolism
I know that I have slow metabolism. Dispite all the pills and exercise, I'm slimming too slowly. I want to do more. I am going to do some research on how to increase metabolism. Geezzzz, should have done it LONG ago!Dad's business..
Frankly, it has been rather busy for my brain. Daddy's bringing a new brand of cosmetic product into singapore. Have been asking around, what is the procedure and all other information. It's rather hard as I have never done it before. I hope he really live up to his words and recruit me. Atleast I know he will pay me better than where I am now. Moreover, helping dad is better right?Best part is, I hate sitting in office. He is giving me a chance to experience something other than that! weeee! can't wait!
