3.5 kg

I've dropped 3.5kg ! About 7.7 lbs ! Spent about 5 weeks! Like I told myself everytime, starting slowly is always better than not starting at all. I'm proud to be healthier! I give myself off days, fast food and other fattening food. It's a "reward" for my hard work. But I always eat like a skinny person when I'm eating those. People always say, not to give yourself food reward for losing weight. But for someone who loves food like me? Hard to kick the habit off! The trick is, don;t be too lazy to lo what you eat. And be prepared to burn off the extra calories you took.

My calorie limit is 1500 per day. Normal women my age will require about 2000. But I'm on diet ! I usually took in about 1600 to 1800 per day, so I'll have to walk it off (Or jog, Or other activities to burn it off). If I get lucky, and kept with in 1500, I will only walk (Fast) about 30 min to 45 min. That will help burn around 200 calories. which I think is enough. Don't push myself too hard. Be proud and confident to live healthier.

OH! I'm STILL using Calorie Count (CC) It's of great help. People encourages each other inside. No funny business like in some Singapore webs. You have to step out of your confort zone and be confident to let others knowabout your day! (Food log, Activity log etc)

Good & Bad

Good:
Not much Singaporean, I only see me so far.
iPhone App and Website online
Free, Unless you upgrade to premium member(premium member gets a personal dietition?)
Shows what other vitamins & minerals you need (Vitamins, Calcium, Iron... etc)
Choose to log privately or public

Bad:
Not much Asian food
Measurement a little hard to get
