After which, I decided to go for my regular walk. WAS GREAT ! TOTALLY ! I walked 3 rounds, which is about 1.4KM per round. And used about 50mins, burning around 280 calories. But it felt like I have walked so little. Credits to my long-lost friend~ Have contacted me via whatsapp, and we just kept whatsapp-ing. LOL. Totally worked.

I did it I did it! Proudly!
I said NO to my mom. She had a date with my sister yesterday night, for dinner at Popeye's. WHICH will cost be 700~900 calories. WHICH I cannot! I'm left with HALF of that! So decided, to go home! I did pigged out a little on the 'Tau sar pau'. Which is 170 Calories (somewhere there) each. So small yet so high calories. But it's sweet, I like it. Other than that, Salad, with romaine lettuce, button mushrooms and baby tomatoes, Japanese sasame dressing with a little mayo. SO NICE. lol~ Also made myself sauteed potato, with mixed herb. I needed that to make me feel FULL.
